Our restaurant THE SURF & TURF is named after the well-know American cuisine. "Surf" refers to fresh, live lobster that is imported from Canada, while "turf" refers to locally produced, specially dry-aged Okayama beef. Our steaks are aged for approximately 60 days and are served alongside fresh lobster, served with Hawaiian Alaea sea salt or Moroccan Fina'denne' sauce. Additionally, we also serve vegetables and fresh seafood harvested by local farmers and fishermen who are contracted to provide our restaurant with the finest ingredients. Guests are also invited to savor our Hawaiian-style pancakes and Hawaiian coffee. Enjoy the finest Pacific Cuisine at THE SURF & TURF. Special dishes for terrace seats only are also available on our terrace that overlooks the Seto Ohashi Bridge.
